Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 24, 2026
1. Information We Collect & Analytical Scopes
To support our game environments, the application layer captures the following data boundaries:
- Voluntary Identity Contexts: If you establish a recoverable profile by providing a recovery email address, we store said email along with your self-selected alphanumeric callsign. Passwords are permanently protected using salted, one-way cryptographic hashing functions.
- Instantaneous Simulation Metrics: While connected to our WebSocket clusters (`/ws`), our systems continuously process spatial positioning vectors, instantaneous velocities, reference boundaries, and inventory state variables to maintain authoritative synchronization across connected peers (play the game).
- Infrastructure Connection Footprints: Our Nginx reverse-proxy and Kestrel server tracking blocks automatically log transit network parameters, including temporary IP addresses and client browser definitions, to prevent system abuse and safeguard our multi-threaded execution runtimes.
2. Cookie Usage and Client Isolation Disclosures
The web front gate utilizes secure, server-signed session tracking cookies (configured with strict `HttpOnly` and `SameSite` flags). These cookies are used exclusively to verify your identity during the WebAssembly WebSocket protocol upgrade handshake. We do not deploy cross-site tracking pixels or persistent advertising profile scripts.
3. Automated Account Lifecycle & Data Deletion Rimes
We maintain strict data minimization parameters:
- Public Guest Arrays: Temporary profiles without an attached email verification marker are designated as public domains. These contexts, along with their spatial parameters, are permanently purged from server memory following 30 days of continuous inactivity.
- Your Right to Erasure: Any pilot holds an absolute right to execute a full deletion vector on their records. You may request a complete purge of your email string, callsign data, and flight metrics at any time by contacting our system operators at
ops@willowwilds.net.
4. Global Regulatory Compliance Foundations
While built as a non-profit vehicle supporting humanitarian operations, this policy is structured to meet the baseline compliance vectors of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). By playing Aether Ag, you explicitly grant consent for our authoritative loops to calculate and distribute necessary game state data to other connected clients.
